The barista-facing side of the machine features a high-reliability touchscreen designed for intuitive operation and precise control. Users can create, customize, and save up to 16 recipes, with full control over critical brewing parameters, including temperature, number of pouring pulses, volume, dwell time between pours, and spiral pouring patterns.

Boilerless Technology for Back-to-Back Heating
