The barista-facing side of the machine features a high-reliability touchscreen designed for intuitive operation and precise control. Users can create, customize, and save up to 16 recipes, with full control over critical brewing parameters—including temperature, number of pouring pulses, volume, dwell time between pours, and spiral pouring patterns.

By enabling precise adjustment of these variables, cafés can ensure consistent extraction, optimal flavor, and repeatability.

Boilerless Technology for Back-to-Back Heating

Leveraging state-of-the-art flow-through heating technology, the Mundo Novo machine heats water on demand, eliminating the need for a traditional boiler. This design allows the system to operate back-to-back with no warm-up or recovery downtime, even in high-volume service environments.

By heating only the water required for each brew, Mundo Novo achieves exceptional temperature accuracy and stability, ensuring consistent extraction without operational disruption.

Built-In Pump for Maximum Installation Flexibility
